PlyHolz Guarantee
PlyHolz was built to remove uncertainty from Baltic birch supply.
Our guarantee reflects how we operate internally and the standards we enforce on every shipment.
This page defines how material is verified, shipped, and resolved if something goes wrong.
The “No-Fake” Guarantee
The market is flooded with “Baltic-style” plywood that looks similar but is built differently.
That is not what we sell.
Our Guarantee
All material is supplied to the confirmed Baltic birch specification agreed at order confirmation, without substitution, blending, or regrading.
We do not ship alternative core constructions, mixed products, or “equivalent” material in place of what was ordered.
Our inventory and supply chain are dedicated exclusively to Baltic birch plywood.
If a verified non-conforming sheet is identified, the affected material is replaced, credited, or refunded based on the scope of the issue.
The “Grade-True” Standard
Grades matter only if they are enforced consistently.
Our Standard
Material is shipped to the grade specified at order confirmation, without mixing grades within a shipment or order.
Orders are supplied with batch consistency to ensure uniform appearance and performance across the entire release.
Lower-grade material is not blended into higher-grade bundles to improve margins.
If a grade mismatch is confirmed to have originated on our side, the affected sheets are replaced, credited, or refunded.
The Fair Claim Protocol
Issues are rare, but when something does surface, we address it directly and without friction.
When something does surface, we address it directly and without friction.
Inspection Window
Material should be inspected within 7 calendar days of delivery.
If an issue is identified within this window and traced back to our side, we resolve it in the way that best restores your operation, including:
- replacement material
- credit toward a future order
- refund limited to the affected sheets
Our goal is simple: if it’s on us, it gets corrected quickly and fairly, without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Limitations & Responsibility Boundaries
This guarantee applies to material condition and specification at the point where it leaves our control.
Once material is delivered and accepted, factors outside our control — such as transit conditions, on-site handling, storage, or processing — naturally begin to apply.
For that reason, this guarantee does not extend to:
- delivery timing variances or carrier-related delays
- damage or degradation caused by storage, handling, cutting, machining, or finishing after delivery
- claims submitted outside the inspection window
This boundary allows us to stand fully behind what we control — and to resolve those situations decisively when they occur.
