Yes. The minimum order is one full bundle.
Minimum quantities may increase depending on delivery distance and warehouse location.
For example:
- Local deliveries near our warehouses (e.g. Houston metro) can often ship single bundles
- Longer-distance deliveries may require 3–5 bundle minimums, depending on lane and freight efficiency
Our sales team will confirm minimum quantities based on delivery ZIP code and product type.
- Store panels flat on level supports
- Keep in a dry, climate-controlled environment
- Allow material to acclimate 48–72 hours in the workshop before cutting or machining
Proper storage prevents warping and ensures dimensional stability.
Yes. Our products comply with CARB Phase 2, EPA TSCA Title VI, and E1 formaldehyde emission standards, depending on the specification.
We offer Baltic Birch plywood bonded with the following adhesive systems:
- Urea-formaldehyde (MR – Moisture Resistant)
Suitable for interior applications where limited moisture exposure is expected.
MR panels are typically produced in 5×5 (1525×1525 mm) format. - Phenol-formaldehyde (WBP – Water Boil Proof)
Designed for exterior, high-moisture, and formwork applications, offering superior water resistance.
WBP panels are available in multiple formats, including 4×8, 5×5, 5×10, and other sizes depending on specification.
Adhesive selection depends on the intended application, exposure conditions, and panel format.
Baltic Birch plywood is typically delivered at 5–12% moisture content, depending on production, transit, and local climate conditions.
For best results, store panels flat in a dry space and allow 48–72 hours to acclimate in your shop before cutting or machining.
Yes. Our Baltic Birch plywood is manufactured with 100% birch veneers throughout the core, not mixed hardwood.
The multi-ply construction is tight, consistent, and virtually void-free, which makes it ideal for CNC machining, edge finishing, and precision work.
Lead time depends on whether the material is in stock or imported to order.
- In-stock items:
Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days, depending on warehouse location and delivery schedule. - Imported items (non-stock or special specifications):
Lead time is typically 4–8 weeks, depending on product type, mill schedule, and transit conditions.
Our monthly import program allows many non-stock grades and finishes to be supplied with shorter lead times than one-off special orders.
Availability and lead time are confirmed based on product specification and delivery ZIP code.
We primarily stock BB/BB grade Baltic Birch, which is the most versatile option for CNC machining, cabinetry, drawer boxes, and paint-grade applications.
We also stock limited quantities of B/BB, depending on availability.
In addition to unfinished panels, we regularly stock UV-coated and primer-coated Baltic Birch to help reduce finishing time.
Because we import on a monthly schedule, we can source and supply other grades, finishes, and specifications based on customer requirements.
