Partner Programs

We work with partners in two distinct ways, based on how they buy and plan Baltic birch.

Each model is designed around different volumes, planning horizons, and operational needs.

Partnership Models

Trade Partner Program

For cabinet shops, CNC shops, furniture manufacturers, millwork companies, and distributors with recurring, flexible demand.

  • Consistent partner pricing

Pricing remains stable for repeat partners and is not driven by short-term market swings or spot purchases.

  • Short-term stock reservation

Specific in-stock SKUs can be reserved for defined monthly or quarterly periods based on historical usage.

  • Small-order flexibility (bundle-level where feasible)

Specific in-stock SKUs can be reserved for defined monthly or quarterly periods based on historical usage.

  • Priority loading & scheduled pickup

Partner orders are released on a scheduled basis with faster loading and reduced wait times compared to non-partners.

  • Preferred partner rebate

A predictable rebate is earned based on order frequency and cumulative volume, applied as account credit or rebate.

  • Access to available inventory

Trade partners can purchase from available stock without long-term volume commitments or forecast requirements.

Wholesale Partner Program

For lumberyards, plywood distributors, formwork suppliers, and multi-location buyers with forecasted volume and structured planning.

  • Truckload & multi-location pricing

Pricing is structured around truckload volumes, lanes, and multi-location distribution requirements.

  • Dedicated inventory allocation tied to forecasts

Inventory is imported and allocated specifically for the partner based on agreed forecasts and planning assumptions.

  • Quarterly / annual supply agreements

Supply agreements align volume, cadence, and allocation over defined quarterly or annual periods.

  • Payment terms

Commercial payment terms are extended based on relationship history, volume, and performance.

  • Priority product access & import scheduling

Wholesale partners receive priority access to production slots, constrained grades, and scheduled imports.

  • Volume-based rebate & pricing structures

Rebates and pricing structures are tied directly to committed volume and forecast adherence, not promotional activity.

Partner Onboarding Process

1. Partner Application

Submit a brief application outlining your business profile, purchasing patterns, and expected usage so we can determine the appropriate partnership model.

2. Credit & Commercial Review

We review credit information and commercial details to establish payment terms, pricing structure, and eligibility for partner programs.

3. Account Setup

Your account is activated with agreed pricing, terms, and access to inventory, reservations, or allocation based on the confirmed partner model.

4. First Order

Place your first order under the agreed structure, with material released according to the selected partnership model and logistics setup.

These programs are guidelines based on typical buying patterns. We’ll confirm the right fit once we understand your actual volume, planning needs, and usage.
