Forma Film Dark Brown formwork plywood is engineered for reliable performance, long service life, and consistent concrete results, with a surface tone preferred across many traditional formwork systems.

Constructed from Birch Exterior plywood, it features a dark brown phenolic film impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin, providing excellent durability, water resistance, and smooth release properties.

Available film options:

  • 120/120 g/m² dark brown film – delivers 50+ reuses, outperforming standard film-faced panels.
  • 220/220 g/m² dark brown film – supports up to 75 reuses, retaining surface integrity and concrete finish quality over extended use.

The dark brown surface offers reduced glare and a familiar appearance widely used in formwork operations worldwide.

The plywood core is bonded with WBP (exterior-grade) glue, ensuring strong resistance to moisture, chemicals, and biological degradation, and complies with E1 and EPA TSCA Title VI emission standards.

All panel edges are sealed with water-resistant acrylic paint for added protection and longer service life.
