Birch Hexa is a heavy-duty anti-slip plywood engineered for surfaces demanding maximum grip, strength, and durability. Built on Birch Exterior, it’s overlaid with a high-density paper film impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin. One side has a smooth, slip-resistant coating, while the other features a hexagonal texture for superior traction.

Its multi-layer birch core provides outstanding strength, wear resistance, and stability under harsh weather or chemical exposure. The film comes in different densities, and all panel edges are sealed with water-resistant acrylic paint for lasting protection.

Ideal for trailers, vans, rail vehicles, warehouses, loading platforms, scaffolding, playgrounds, and marine decks (including RORO), Birch Hexa delivers excellent slip resistance, UV stability, and precise thickness tolerances — ensuring reliable performance in every environment.
